(INITIATIVE) Shall an initiative ordinance be approved prohibiting corporations from doing business within the City of Shasta Lake when the corporations or subsidiary corporations have had, in the last 20 years, a history of ten or more violations (i.e. criminal convictions, fines or penalties, or notices of violations issued by State or Federal regulatory agencies) or when the corporations have a director who is also a director of a corporation with a similar history of such violations?
