Shall Imperial County Ordinance No. 1300, which imposes a transactions and use tax (i.e. sales tax) of 0.5 percent (0.5%), upon retail transactions within the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County of Imperial, be adopted? The proceeds of the tax shall be used for general county governmental purposes.
