AN INITIATIVE MEASURE RELATING TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MONTAGOMERY AVE. AND NORTH BANK DR. The people of the City of San Buenaventura do ordain as follows: A. That the City General Plan be amended to change the designated use of the 25.59 acre property owned by the First Assembly of God Church and located at the northwest corner of Montgomery Ave. and North Bank Dr. from an Agricultural Use to a Single Family Residential Use; and B. That such property be prezoned "R-1 Single Family" with a sub-zone designation of "R-1-1AC".
