Shall Pleasanton adopt an ordinance that (1) requires firearms sales to be regulated through a permitting process and (2) prohibits in Pleasanton the sale of certain specified handguns deemed to be inadequately designed and/ or poorly manufactured, commonly known as "Saturday Night Specials?"
