Shall the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alpine, State of California, urge the Governor of the State of California and the California State Legislature to authorize the California Department of Conservation Camp in Alpine County, for the purpose of housing only nonviolent criminals, in a location acceptable to the Board of Supervisors; and to expeditiously solicit the necessary funding for construction of said Conservation Camp from the California State Legislature?
