Shall the County Transient Occupancy Tax Ordinance be amended effective January 1, 1999 to increase the rate of tax from six percent (6%) to eight percent (8%) and to allocate the proceeds equally with one-third (1/3) going to the County Road Fund for improvement and maintenance of County roads, one-third (1/3) going to programs that exclusively promote county-wide tourism, and one-third (1/3) going to the County General Fund?
