Shall the City of Brawley reinstitute the collection of the four percent Utility User’s Tax (as set forth in Ordinance Nos. 92-13 and 96-15) upon the following utility services: defined telephone, electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash collection and cable television; in order to maintain city public services, including, but not limited to : police, fire emergency, administration, library, and parks and recreation; said tax to terminate ten (10) years after it is reinstituted?
