Shall the Sausalito City council be authorized to take the following actions regarding Public Parking Lots, Parks and the Martin Luther King school site, notwithstanding Ordinance 1128: a) permit festivals, exhibits, farmers markets, arts events, fairs, and similar public events; b)authorize public amenities and facilities, specifically including walkways, benches, lighting and Americans with Disabilities Act improvements previously approved for Plaza Vina del Mar; c) perform necessary and desirable maintenance; d) take necessary actions to facilitate public access and enjoyment of public properties.
