Shall the Mono County Board of Supervisors establish an appointed county office of Director of Finance which would be consolidated with and to that extent eliminate the presently distinct and elected county offices of Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector, effective at the end of the current terms of these offices, and which would have all the powers and duties of such formerly elected offices together with such other powers and duties as the Board of Supervisors may provide?
