Shall the Mono County board of Supervisors increase Mono County?s rate of taxation on the privilege of occupying a room or rooms, or other living space, in a hotel, inn, tourist home or house, motel, or other lodging in the unincorporated areas of the County for 30 days or less (generally referred to as transient occupancy tax) from its present rate of nine percent of the rent charged to a new rate of ten percent of the rent charged (an increase of one percent) and expand the scope of such taxation to include all forms of occupancies and lodging that a county is permitted to tax under state law, including spaces at certain campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks?
