To continue current efforts to keep park and recreation facilities safe, clean and well maintained, shall Rocklin City Ordinance No. 781 be approved which would allow the City to maintain existing levels of funding for parks and recreation by replacing the City?s current annual park maintenance assessments on property owners with a park maintenance tax on the same owners in the same amount for a period of ten years?
