Shall the Initiative Measure entitled: “An initiative measure to permit the sale of “Safe and Sane” Fireworks (as defined by state law) by non-profit and school affiliated organizations organized and established within the city limits for at least one year and licensed by the city for such sales, and the possession, use and discharge within the City of Moreno Valley of such fireworks, from June 28 through July 4 of each year, and otherwise regulating the sale and use of such fireworks” be approved?
