Shall the County of Sacramento, to maintain essential services such as police, sheriff and fire protection services, be authorized to increase the County sales tax by 1/4 cent for a maximum of 6 years for general governmental purposes, provided that all sales tax expenditures be independently audited each year with the full audit report published in local newspapers showing how all funds are specifically spent?
