If Measure “H” is approved by the voters overturning the City of Big Bear Lake’s approval of the plot plan/design review for a fire station at 40870 Big Bear Boulevard (the "Knickerbockers” site), shall Ordinance No. FP 98-2 of the Big Bear Lake Fire Protection District be adopted to authorize the levy of a special tax in an annual amount up to $15.00 per parcel for ten years to raise additional funds of $950,000 for the construction of a fire station at an alternative site, located at 41090 Big Bear Boulevard (the “Main Street” site)?
