Shall the City and County incur $89.9 million of bonded indebtedness for the acquisition, construction and/or reconstruction of a new M.H. de Young Memorial Museum in Golden Gate Park and all other works, property and structures necessary or convenient for improvements to Golden Gate Park in the areas appurtenant to, or which provide access to, the de Young Museum?
