Shall Ordinance NO. 1551 of Solano County be approved to provide needed funding to maintain local public libraries, to restore operating hours in the evenings, weekdays and weekends, to purchase books and materials, to improve educational services for children, students, adults and seniors and to restore children’s and young adults’ programs and services, by raising the local sales tax one-eighth of one cent for a maximum period of 16 years?
