Shall approval be given to an ordinance of the Sutter County Flood Protection Authority imposing a 1/2% sales tax for 30 years or until the Authority receives $153,000,000? The ordinance requires that the tax revenues be used only for specified flood-protection projects and restricts use for administration. It also requires that an annual audit be available to the public and that the Grand Jury be asked to report annually on how revenues are used.
