Shall Ordinance No. 1229 which continues in effect an eight (8) percent occupancy tax, and authorizes the Yuba County Board of Supervisors to increase the tax rate to ten (10) percent, be imposed upon temporary lodgers in hotels, motels, and similar temporary lodging facilities?
