This ballot measure authorizes San Francisco to issue $390 million in general obligation bonds to finance temporary shelters, healthcare facilities improvements including the Chinatown Public Health Center, critical repairs and seismic upgrades at major hospitals, and various public safety and streetscape enhancements. The bonds would have a 30-year duration and be repaid through property taxes at an estimated rate of $0.69 per $100 of assessed property value.
