To maintain high quality education for Hermosa’s schools, support classroom instruction, maintain and create small class sizes, and preserve educational programs, shall Hermosa Beach City School District levy a parcel tax for Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($257) per assessor parcel per year, not to exceed a 5% annual increase, for five (5) years, with exemptions available for seniors and disabled persons, a citizens’ oversight committee, accountability measures and all funds being used locally?
