CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. [2] Shall Article IV, Section I, Article XI, Section 1 and 4, Article XXI, Sections 14 and 22 and Article XXIV, Section 5 and 10 of the Charter of the city of Glendale be amended to remove obsolete language and provide for the change of the official titles from city controller to director of administrative services, from street superintendent to maintenance service and from superintendent of buildings to building officials?
