Shall Ordinance No. 04-006 of Fresno County Board Of Supervisors be approved to provide needed funding to: maintain local public libraries; continue to expand collection of books and materials; continue restored operating hours on weekdays and weekends; continue expanded literacy and other services for children, adults and seniors, by levying a successor sales tax on the same terms as the existing tax, at the rate of one-eighth of one percent for a maximum of 7 years?
