Shall the City of Greenfield be authorized to levy a Special Tax on residential dwelling units, commercial property and other real property within Community Facilities District 2001-01 and to issue a bond not to exceed $6 million to fund construction of a community center, a community museum, community recreational facilities and the operation and maintenance costs thereof?
