Shall the City of Escondido change the General Plan as summarized below and described in Resolution 2002-180RR? The southeastern corner of Citracado Parkway and Interstate-15 are designated Planned Commercial. Development will be lower in intensity than standard neighborhood centers, compatible with surrounding residential uses, and not obtrusive. Uses will be limited to day care, care facilities, professional/medical offices and treatment, veterinarians, veterinary hospitals, service organizations, and churches with large setbacks, extensive landscaping, and low-profile architecture.
