Shall the people of the City of Sand City adopt the following ordinance? The City Council may act by ordinance from time to time and at any time to increase the rate of tax charged for occupancy in any hotel in Sand City to not more than fourteen (14%) percent, or to decrease the rate of that tax to not less than eight (8%) percent.
