Ambulance Employees to Receive Paid On-Call Breaks and Additional Training Initiative

This measure allows ambulance providers to require paramedics and EMTs to remain on-call during paid breaks, with restrictions on when breaks can be scheduled and provisions that void interrupted breaks. It also increases training requirements for emergency scenarios including active shooter situations, natural disasters, and mental health responses.
