Suspension of Legislators Amendment

This measure established a constitutional requirement that suspending a member of the California Legislature requires a two-thirds vote of the membership of that house, and prohibits suspended members from exercising any legislative powers or accessing legislative resources. It also allows for the forfeiture of salary and benefits during suspension and requires the same two-thirds vote to lift a suspension.
