Safety For All Act

This measure prohibits possession of large-capacity ammunition magazines and requires background checks and Department of Justice authorization for most ammunition purchases, with sales required to go through licensed vendors. It also establishes new enforcement procedures for existing firearm possession prohibitions and requires reporting of lost or stolen firearms and ammunition to law enforcement.
