This measure authorizes Byron Union School District to issue $24 million in bonds to repair and upgrade elementary and middle schools, including replacing a school well, upgrading classrooms and labs, fixing roofs and HVAC systems, and improving safety systems. The bonds would be repaid through a property tax levy of $18 per $100,000 of assessed value, raising an average of $1.52 million annually while the bonds are outstanding.
