SAN FRANCISCO Measure C

This measure exempts the first sale of commercial-to-residential converted properties from San Francisco's real estate transfer tax, allows the city to modify (but not increase) the transfer tax without voter approval, and increases the annual office development limit by including converted or demolished office space in the calculation.
