This measure extends the existing "Heritage Farmlands Initiative" (Measure G2012) for an additional twenty years, continuing to require majority voter approval before agricultural parcels of ten or more acres within the City of Goleta can be redesignated or have their use intensity changed. The extension would take effect on December 31, 2032, when the current measure expires.
