The measure amended Alameda's Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance to prohibit no-fault evictions of children and educators during the school year, extend eviction protections to tenants in RVs and tiny homes, and remove failure to sign a new lease as grounds for eviction. It also extended protections to newly constructed units after their first 10 years following certificate of occupancy.
