This measure would repeal the 2005 Measure Z Special Tax imposed by the Knightsen Town Community Services District, which charged up to $312 per developed parcel and $156 per undeveloped parcel for flood control improvements and services. The district had not provided the intended flood control services, and a feasibility study found that doing so would cost more than the tax revenues generated.
