This measure authorized the Fremont Union High School District to issue $275 million in bonds to upgrade classrooms, science labs, technology and arts facilities, improve ventilation and seismic safety, and construct or repair school sites. The bonds would be repaid through property taxes at an estimated rate of 1.5 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, raising approximately $18.2 million annually until around 2052.
