TEHAMA Measure E

The ordinance would replace Tehama's existing commercial cannabis regulations with new rules that establish a sliding scale of commercial cannabis activities based on population, allow consumption lounges, give local preference to applicants, and regulate personal cultivation. It would modify the current framework that permits dispensaries, delivery, cultivation, manufacturing, testing, and microbusiness operations within city limits.
