To generate an estimated $1,900,000 annually until ended by voters to maintain essential City services such as police, fire, 9-1-1 emergency response; hiring police officers/firefighters; youth violence prevention programs; improving street maintenance, water cleanliness, earthquake, flood preparedness, parks, beaches, youth/senior programs, and other general services; with required independent audits and all funds staying in Seaside; shall the ordinance increasing the City's sales tax by 1/2 cent be adopted?
