Effective after the November 2016 general municipal election and the beginning of a new term of office of at least one member of the City Council, shall the 1966 ballot measure and Ordinance 346 setting the salary for each member of the City Council of the City of Fillmore at the sum of $75 per month be rescinded, thereafter allowing the City Council salary to be set as authorized by State law?
