(INITIATIVE) Shall an Initiative Measure prohibiting the City of Crescent City from using the public water system to deliver any product, substance, device, element, medicine or preventative agent, including flouride with the intent or purpose of affecting the physical or mental functions of any water consumer be enacted into law?
