Shall there be a continuation of the four year special tax for paramedic services in the amount of $42 (plus fifty cents County administrative fee) and incrementally increase if needed by $3, not to exceed $51 per year (plus fifty cent County administrative fee) per taxable living unit and per 1,500 square feet of structure developed parcel in non-residential use in the fourth year, to be collected in addition to fees for transport to the hospital charged to insurance providesr for Ross Valley residents, with the appropriations limit increased by the amount of said tax for the next four years?
