In order to maintain and preserve vital public services, street maintenance and police and fire emergency medical service programs, shall the appropriations limit set pursuant to Article 13B of the California Constitution be increased by the amount of $900,000 in additional funds each year for a four year period commencing with fiscal year 2010/11? By approving this appropriation limit, no new taxes will be create nor will any existing tax be increased.
