To preserve quality education, protect schools from state budget cuts and provide stable funding that cannot be taken by the state to preserve reading, math and science instruction; maintain hands-on science programs, classes and labs, maintain reading and language programs for all students; and attract and retain qualified teachers, shall Auburn Union School District levy $59 per parcel annually for 5 years with an exemption for seniors, independent oversight and no money for adminsitrators' salaries?
