Shall Ordinance Bill No. 2010-04 be adopted to provide that no person shall be eligible to serve in the office of City Council Member of the City after serving two (2) consecutive four-year terms, until after the next election date established by the Municipal Code for City Council Members (approximately two years) following his or her second term?
