Shall an ordinance be adopted to amend the Utility Users Tax to reduce the tax rate on communications users from 7% to 6.5%; assure that users of current and future
communications technologies be treated fairly; preserve funding for essential municipal services like police, fire protection, parks and libraries; continue providing tax exemption for low-income and disabled residents; and prohibit any utility users tax rate increase without voter approval?
