To repair potholes and maintain local streets and roads, reduce traffic congestion, improve County roads and highways, reduce air pollution, improve 9-1-1 response times, expand elderly and disabled transit, qualify for matching state and federal funds, provide citizen oversight and annual audits, shall Imperial County Local Transportation Authority Ordinance No. 1- 2008 be adopted, which will continue, but not increase, the existing half-cent sales tax for 40-years, per the locally adopted Expenditure Plan?
