In order to provide additional funding for public safety, street and park maintenance, and other services/projects for the residents of Desert Hot Springs, shall the City's tax on hotel occupancies ("Bed Tax"), collected by hotels from tourists, visitors to the City and all hotel guests, be increased by 2%, from 10% to 12% of the daily room charge?
