Shall Ordinance No. 2316 be adopted to reduce the rate of Redwood City’s utility users’ tax on telecommunication and video services from 5% to 4%; to modernize the telecommunication and video service definitions so that taxpayers are treated the same regardless of technology used; which tax has been used to maintain the city’s storm drain system, repair broken sidewalks and repave city streets with all expenditures subject to annual audit?
