Approve the resolution by Trinity Union High School District, and Weaverville Elementary School District to become one newly unified school district on July 1, 2008, as requested by both boards on August 10, 2005, as approved by the Trinity County committee on School District Organization on February 2006, after public hearings in all affected districts, and approved by the California State Board of Education on May 9, 2007. All other feeder elementary school districts within the Trinity Union High School district boundaries, after public hearings, resolved not to be part of the newly unified district, and shall remain intact as separate school districts.
