Shall the City of Clearlake impose a retail transactions and use (sales) tax at the rate of one-half of one percent (0.50%) within the City for a twenty (20) year period to be used for the rehabilitation and maintenance of streets and roads and other transportation services, and shall the appropriations limit for the City of Clearlake for roadway repair and maintenance be increased for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 by the amount of the tax proceeds received by the City during that period?
