Shall Measure H (Ordinance 06-01) be adopted to relieve traffic congestion and improve safety by: widening Jamieson Canyon to four lanes with concrete barriers; building interchanges on Highway 29 at Airport and Soscol; fixing potholes on city streets/county roads; improving safety at high accident locations; providing special transit services for seniors/disabled persons; requiring annual audits by independent citizens committee insuring voter mandates are met by imposing a 1/2¢ sales tax for 30 years?
