(ADVISORY) To enhance cultural and entertainment opportunities and improve the quality of life, shall no more than 50% of a new voter-approved sales tax be used for a publicly-owned sports and entertainment facility with the remaining balance used for local priorities such as: street, transit, and park improvements; police, sheriff, and fire safety enhancements; libraries; after school and senior programs; and arts and cultural facilities/programs? THIS MEASURE DOES NOT INCREASE TAXES.
